Oversized window pane larger than 16 s.f. / 1.5 s.m. $10.00 each.
Multi-window feature wall $3.00 per single pane, (if pane is under 16 s.f.)
Glass-block feature window, 25¢ per single pane/block.

Glass railings along deck/stairs, $3.00 per pane, per side.

Glassed in deck / sunroom / solarium. $3.00 per pane, per side.

Extra patio doors (one pair already included in basic price), $3.00 per pane, exterior only.

Extra garage doors (one garage door included in base price). 50¢ per single pane, or $1. per sealed unit if external muntin bars are removable.
Skylites- $10.00 per pane, exterior only.

External Textured Glass (sometimes found in front entry doors). $3.00 per pane.

Storm Door, $10.00
EAFM - Following construction/renovation activity (e.g. stuccoing, painting, new windows) your windows may be compromised by Excessive Adhering Foreign Matter (EAFM) - stickers, caulking, silicone, cement, stucco, paint, plaster, glue, etc. Depending on window size and amount of EAFM. In extreme cases, it can take up to 15 minutes to surgically remove the EAFM from one window. EAFM charge can therefore run from $2 to $15 per window affected.
EAFM on Window Frames - while not applicable to most windows, in post-construction/renovation and high-dust situations, window frames also get particularly filthy. Add $2 per window.
