                        - one double patio slider door

                        - screen removal
                        - surgical removal of sticky material like paint and caulking etc.

​             -  see Rates for Special  Windows for other factors like  oversized,  oddball shapes, storm doors,                   skylites,  solariums,  hard to reach,  splattered with paint and caulking, etc.

Row Housing Attached Unit Packages starting as low as $70. per unit.

​Rancher or Bungalow- starting at  $80.00​.   Ladder not needed. 

Raised Bungalow starting at $90.00.   We'll need our step ladder.

Bi-level Split starting at $95.00.  We'll need both our step- and extension ladders. 

Full-sized two story house or 4-level split starting at $120.00.  Requires both extension and step ladders.
